I’ve always been a Monday person. I love the idea of starting from scratch on Monday morning, regardless of how well you did or didn’t do that week, Mondays’ are a great way of getting things back on track.
I finished May running a total of 57 miles, which roughly equates to 15 miles a week. This month my aim is to get my weekly mileage up to 20-25 miles, which would have me finish on 80 miles for the month of June.
Coincidently that would set a new PR of miles run during a calendar month. Although i’m trying my best not to look to far ahead. Instead i’m taking each day as it comes whilst silently promising myself to do my best every day.
